EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY - QUADS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE MAIN TRACK. IF YOU ARE A CURRENT MEMBERSHIP CARD HOLDER WE WILL HONOR YOUR MEMBERSHIP UNTIL IT EXPIRES. NO NEW MEMBERSHIPS WILL BE ISSUED FOR QUADS.
